about genuine Honey
The honey bee
collects nectar in natural sucrose from and pollen from
different different flora in nature as the food. This food id
stored in hexagonal spaces in their hive. At the same time
digestive enzymes of bees are mixed in nectar by digestive
reaction, nectar is converted into body sugars like glucose
fructose, laevulose and dextrose. This digested substance by
bees is called honey. Due to different structural formula,
scientifically nectar and honey are designed separately.
Honey production is done by bee - hunting procedure of dorseta
or rock bees and migrative bee keeping procedure of apis indica
and Italian melifera bees.

According to different source floras
Satmaha's Honey is available in
Unifloral forms like Mustards, Eucalyptus, Sunflower,
jambhul, hirdagela etc. And in
Natural Multifloral form in which two to three
types of honey are mixed together and packed. Honey collection
activity is dependent on nature's various factors like flora and
its output, changes in weather conditions, attack of bee
diseases and predators etc. Hence every year production cost of

total production in quantity and export orders of it every year.

of honey in India 8-% of it has tendency of crystallization, as
this honey is collected at low temperature and in pollution free
atmosphere it is superior then any other honey in quality
parameters of European countries. So 90% of total honey
collected in India is exported to European countries these honey
are of mustard, eucalyptus, sunflower etc.
Most of the Indian consumers
misunderstand that crystallization of honey indicated
adulteration. Taking advantage of this fact 70% of
honey sold in India is artificial which do not crystallize. Some
replaces pack sugar syrup under Ayurvedic license of "Madhu" and
the retailers sale it as honey, as they have exorbitant margin
in it. Some reputed companies pack glory of honey which is
artificially manufactured by biotechnological process on sugar
syrup. Bacteria added in sugar syrup create enzymes and invert
sugars from it. This is called glory of honey. This glory is
imported from china and packed.
To detect the quality of money laboratory under "AGMARK"
moisture percentage, specific gravity, sucrose percentage,
fructose-glucose ratio, Ash, acidity, fiesh's test and
aniline-chloride test are performed. The artificial glory of
honey also passes in these tests. For exact detection of genuine
honey to export, enzyme contents, HMF/kg,
antibiotics like sulphonamides glycerol, yeast and radiology
based Isotype-C13, TASCIRA test are performed. In these
tests the artificial glory fails to pass.
As pure ghee of cow, buffalo and dalda ghee can be identified by
its specific aroma generally, like it is possible to detect
genuine honey available in market, by sublingual taste.

When we consume a spoonful of genuine honey; its
sweetness disappears within 15 seconds from the tongue. It

adulterated the sweetness of it remains upto 15 minutes on our
tongue and it has taste of limlet toffee or sugar syrup or like
murabbas or like medicinal syrups.
Various uses of honey as nutrient food are
as follows:

2. Consume daily the sharbat of 15 gm. Satmaha's honey +
lime juice + a glass of lukewarm water at early morning and at

anyone has a problem of acidity, avoid lemon juice.
3. In the period of dieting for body weight loss, consume the
lemon sharbat of satmaha's honey 4 to 5 times in a day as it
